Ranks and discord Roles are granted to players automatically upon purchase, however Custom Brews and Titles must be redeemed through a ticket opened in the Tebex Support Category in our official discord. Remember to never share your receipts with other players, because they serve as proof of purchase. The only people who should see your receipts are Staff Members in tickets

During checkout you will be met with multiple options of payment, most popular of which are Paypal, Visa and American Express. Depending on your country you might be met with more or less additional payment options. Please note that the prices of goods might vary depending on regional taxes

All purchases on the Terra Tales' web store can be refunded for up to two weeks after the payment was finalised. If you would like to refund your purchase, you can do so through a ticket in our discord Transferring Bypasses, however, may be done at any point after the purchase. Please note that players are entitled to only one (1) transfer per Bypass. If you wish to relocate it, open a ticket in our discord where Staff will review your request and give you an answer on whether or not you are eligible for a transfer.
